Refund policy
All our screws are produced under the procedures which comply with all patent owners’ specifications. Our screws are sorted prior to shipment and should be free from defects. We only accept returns or exchanges when we are at fault.
All other returns:
- A general right of returns is not granted to the customers and require a written approval from the Seller in advance.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The return request must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us at celo@celo.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns of opened package or incompleted package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
